It's been 3 busy months since I last posted on my blog. My does time fly!
Where to start? I've officially finished University for good. I'm no longer a tax dodging student and I am now a proud member of the full time working crowd. I started on Monday at the digital agency MadeByPi where I am a Junior Developer. It's been a hectic first week, but best of all I am working with Flash again, something I haven't done in a long time!
I'm hoping now that I am back into full time development work that I will be more proactive at posting, but who knows. Maybe I'll see you again in 3 months!
I ran into this problem last year while working on a website that required a web service call. I posted my solution in the PHP documentation, but a lot of people are having the same issue and can't resolve it, so I've decided to go over my solution in a bit more detail and how I got to it.
Well, I turn 23 today! I have no doubt I will be getting pleasantly drunk tonight.
One thing that strikes me as odd this year is that I don't really care it's my birthday. It just feels like any other day, no excitement or anything. Am I really getting that old already?
I was quietly working away at 1am this morning when all of a sudden my computer and desk started to shake! Low and behold, England was being hit by an earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale!
I know it's small compared to the monster earthquakes they have in the US, but this is the first one I've felt and it was wierd to say the least.
Here's hoping there's no after shock!
While I was building my blog, I looked up password hashing (encryption) to see if there had been any changes to the 'norm' way of doing things since I last looked into the matter last year. Well, there has been.
I've officially launched the beta version of my new blog!
If you find any bugs, feel free to email me and let me know so I can fix them.
